Slough Conservatives 2021 Manifesto

SCA Manifesto 2021

We are delighted to present Slough Conservatives 2021 Local Elections manifesto- 'Our Plan to build back better in Slough'.

This is a manifesto which puts residents first, and is serious about tackling the issues we face as a town- from the public health impacts of air pollution, to the debt crisis which Slough Labour have created.

This is a manifesto which is ambitious about what we can deliver for the residents of Slough, and pragmatic about the challenges we face.  After over a decade of Labour control, it’s time for a change in Slough- it’s time for a strong local Conservative team with the energy and drive to build back better.

With a full slate of candidates, 50% of whom are women. A Shadow Cabinet which is diverse, and talented. And a leadership determined to deliver for residents.

The policies contained within this manifesto are fully costed, and are as fiscally prudent as they are ambitious in what we can offer to residents. We do not believe in a binary choice between excessive levels of tax, and standing shoulder to shoulder with residents.

The Conservative Group Budget amendment reinforced this. We can set a lower level of Tax, balance the books, reduce debt, and further support our residents.

This manifesto pledges to do the same
